Q [FAQ] When you don't remember your password
A
Open the door using the touch key or card and enter a new password.

If you have not registered or lost the touch key or card, please contact the A/S Center(1588-1813).

Q [FAQ] When Password (5 times) Error
A
If there are more than 5 errors, all operations will stop for about 1 minute, so please wait and enter your password, card, and touch key from the beginning again.
Q [FAQ] When the door does not lock automatically
A
Make sure that the auto/manual setting switch on the inner body is set to fit the position.
Q [FAQ] [✽] When the button is not working
A
- If other functions are not working, make sure the battery is fitted correctly, and if the battery is discharged, replace it with a new battery.

- Check the battery case or product for traces of leakage, and if there are traces of leakage, wipe the contact area with a dry cloth.
